It depends on the situation. If the character is original and already well-defined, I have no problem with that. However, I do not accept creating an OC from scratch without concept art (that’s what the combo is for), as it’s a full process.The price may be reduced if the proportions fit a YCH base I already have — I use a personal template that helps me save time and reduce costs for greater efficiency.
However, the price may increase if the model requires more than 3 views.The price can also be reduced if the client only needs 2 views, although the discount is relatively small.

Still, I kindly ask you to read the following carefully.By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:Condensed T.O.S (This is a simplified version):+ Always read the full Terms before commissioning.+ Initial payment of 50%–100%, remaining balance upon delivery (depending on the type of work).+ Free revisions (as long as they’re not major changes).+ Base prices may increase depending on complexity/purpose.+ Deadlines range from 2 days to 1 month (depending on workload and demand).+ No refunds for completed work; partial refund if you cancel before the lineart, full refund if the artist decides not to continue.+ Zero tolerance for disrespectful behavior.+ This is the SHORTENED version of the Terms of Service. I reserve the right to decline or withdraw from a commission request for any reason. (I recommend asking if you’re unsure.)As the artist, I commit to the following when commissioned:+ Always remain respectful and professional throughout the entire process (This includes managing emotional matters without delaying work.).+ Hold all payments until the work is completed or the client requests a refund.+ Ask for the client’s consent before posting the final piece on my social media or portfolio for promotional purposes.+ If I’m unable to complete the request, I will inform the client and provide a clear reason why.+ I am strictly committed to not tracing or copying any pose/reference the client provides (e.g. “I want this exact pose but with my character’s face”). Instead, I will offer guidance or alternative suggestions based on my experience, always with good intentions.
(You are free to accept or reject those suggestions.)You, as the client:+ May modify my work as long as proper credit is given.+ Must clarify if the artwork will be used for merchandise purposes.+ May request small edits and corrections to the final piece. 🛠️ Work Process 🛠️
1. The client contacts me via Discord or X (Twitter) with an idea or references.2. We confirm the budget, and the client pays 50% or 100% upfront, depending on the case.3. A sketch is delivered for approval.4. Once approved, I proceed with the lineart and coloring.5. After the second revision, I work on the final details (e.g., rendering with colored lineart, complex lighting, and shading).6. The final illustration is delivered in PNG format, and in some cases, as a ZIP file (higher quality, lighter file size).

⭐ Pricing & Complexity ⭐
Base prices may increase if the design includes multiple layers, props, or intricate details.YCH models (pre-made templates by me) are more affordable.No extra fees for poses or angles. 📅 Turnaround & Delivery 📅
The client agrees to receive the final product digitally, either through the platform we communicated on or via email (for multiple files).If paying in installments, the final artwork will only be delivered once full payment is completed.Once delivered, the client is responsible for storing the file. I am not liable for lost files and cannot guarantee file recovery (although I will save it in a personal Drive as backup — this is not an excuse to lose the file).Delivery times vary depending on demand, generally between 2 days and 1 month.Commissions are completed in the order they are received.Urgent requests (e.g., same-day delivery) will include an additional rush fee, calculated as a percentage of the total price depending on the complexity.

❌ Cancellations ❌
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission with a full refund.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in cancellation. A refund will be issued based on the progress made.If the client feels the experience was unsatisfactory, they have the right to express that publicly.

💵 Refunds 💵
No refunds will be issued for completed artwork. Clients are given multiple chances to provide feedback during the process. It’s the client’s responsibility to make sure we’re aligned.A full refund will be issued if the commission has not progressed significantly and no updates have been provided.If the client cancels after some progress but before rendering, I will refund 90% of the paid amount (excluding any PayPal fees).If I decide to stop working on the piece, I will notify the client and issue a full refund regardless of the stage.Thank you in advance for reading the T.O.S.
